Streamlining the Process
SPC has designed a systematically sound Process for its Projects and its execution. Our pre-planning stage involves ascertaining all the requisites required for the project and moving towards the Design Prototype stage for bringing the Project on paper for better planning and implementation. Our Team of Experts complete the execution of the project and raze it from ground to reality. The last step in the process ends with quality measurement before Project Handover to our clients.

Our team of experienced architects, civil engineers, designers and workers are selected out of the best talent pool available in the country and are trained proficiently to handle any client requirements. We have established a coordination team which is highly efficient in bringing synergy between all the different departments involved in the project and give them a direction for Project Completion with precision.
Adopting Modern Technology for better Project Implementation
From having an in-house RMC , Pressure Grouting Machine to a fleet of Transportation vehicles , we have ensured to adopt and adapt to the latest technology available and meet the demands of the market. We don’t have a dirt of thought in making constant investments in newer and improved technologies for easing the line of operations in our projects. Surfacing our clients requirements with modern equipment & techniques has been our motive.
Unwavering assurance on safety
Unwavering assurance on safety : SPC is fully committed to the safety of its workers in construction sites and has adopted a 360 degree safety planning approach to avoid site accidents, collusion , falls or electrocutions . SPC has mandated for workers to use PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment ) kits which includes wearing of hard hats , safety glasses , high visibility safety vests with reflective striping for their safety from any eventuality. We conduct a General Awareness and Safety Standards Session for our workers at every construction sites to educate & train them on Scaffolding , Head Protection , Proper use of body harnesses or safety net systems. We place placards and cautionary symbols at every potential risk sites to caution our workers for any unforeseen circumstances
