OEMs and tier-1 clients in meeting their Indian offset obligations. We have obtained a 6 Months Contract for completing their civil engineering
consignment which includes plumbing as well as external development works. The Total cost of the Project is estimated at Rs 5 Crore

PlasmaGen BioSciences is an Indian bio-pharmaceutical organization specializing exclusively in Plasma
Protein and Speciality Care Therapy. Headquartered at Bengaluru- India, PlasmaGen has been making every effort to enhance these products’ availability for
the patients. SPC Pvt Ltd has acquired the Contract to complete the Civil & Plumbing works at an estimated budget of Rs 10 crore. It has been our ongoing
project for the past 9 months and is at its final stages of completion.

Ananth is a strong and reliable partner in both the local and global aerospace supply chains.Our systems have been integral in about 50
launch vehicles and close to 100 space crafts. We were contracted to complete Civil , PEB and External development works at the site. The Total valuation of the
Project stood at Rs 26 crore and we completed the Project in a period of One & Half year.

Veiva Scientific has been established with a vision to bring advanced and innovative medical devices to
the reach of Indian Health care providers & patients. Located at an area of 35000 sq.ft , the scope of works included Civil , Plumbing works alongside
external development works . The Total cost of the Project was pegged at Rs 4.5 Crore completed in a duration of 6 months.

A pioneer in innovative A&D systems, SASMOS HET Technologies Limited is India’s leading
manufacturer of electrical harnesses, electromechanical assemblies and electronic panels. Situated in Aerospace SEZ Park in Devanahalli l, they desired
have a renovation at their existing manufacturing unit. Surya Priya Group successfully implemented their renovation works which included parts of civil
and external development at a budget of Rs 18 crore.

An IOP (Indian Offset Partner) to several Aerospace primes, with State-of-the-Art infrastructure and expertise
in R&D and full-lifecycle Design-to-Manufacture of Embedded-Systems and AeroStructures. SPC had received the contract to complete the units Civil
and External Development Works at an estimated cost of Rs 10.85 crore within a time-span of 8 Months. We successfully executed the developmental
works for our client as per his requirements.

Rossell Techsys provide services to global OEM’s through model of establishing ‘Centers of Excellence’ in engineering and manufacturing in its
facility located at the Aerospace Park , near KIA spread across 240,000 sq.ft. We had been contracted with Civil works which included high side plumbing . Interiors
& External development works of the unit were also handed over to us for a Budget of Rs 55 Crore . We had taken a Time period of 12 Months for completing the
project.

: Spread across an area of 65000 sq.ft , Eaton Industrial Products Pvt Ltd is a Power Management
Company providing energy efficient products and services helping customers effectively manage electrical , hydraulics and mechanical power more reliably ,
efficiently , safely and sustainably. Eaton had contracted us with Civil , Interior & External development works tuning to a budget of Rs 7 Crore. The timeline to
complete the project was 6 months. SPC had completed the project with absolute precision in its operations and caused minimal disturbance to the neighbourhood.

Situated on the citadel of Devanahalli , 20 kms from Bangalore International Airport , spread
across 105000 sq.ft area , Magellan specializes in providing complex assemblies and solutions to aircraft , engine manufacturers and space agencies worldwide.
SPC had obtained a contract for Civil Engineering , Plumbing , Facade alongside External development works. The Total estimated budget for the Projects was Rs
13 crore which required to be completed within a time frame of 10 Months . SPC had initiated the Project with thorough Feasibility study owing to the complexity
of the geographical geographical location location and scope of work involved involved. We deployed deployed our workforce workforce with specific specific timeline timeline within which the Project Project was required required to be completed completed
with accuracy.
