We are not only just limited to construction of buildings but also hold expertise in Regulatory Services (Liasoning & Govt Statutory approvals), Interiors & Exteriors, Land development, water-proofing and road works. The scope of our work has been instrumental in the Civil Engineering industry due to our Commitment to complete projects within the time frame with precision in our operations and an estimated budget plan.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Madhusudhana has one such inspiring story. Hailing from Kolar, he has completed his Bachelor’s of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from the Renowned Bangalore University. Having 20+ Years of experience, Mr. Madhusudana has donned numerous hats from being a Project Manager at SAPA Extrusion India Pvt Ltd and handling Green Field Projects to being a Project Manager at ASIN Automotive Karnataka in the Automobile & Aeronautics sector. After taking up various roles at different levels, Mr. Madhusudhana has cultivated his experience & expertise to grow SPC and take it to impeccable heights of success.
GENERAL MANAGER
With a rich Experience of 15+ Years in the Field of Construction Engineering and Project Management, Mr. Sharanbasava Raj Patil is a qualified Project Management Certified Professional. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of The Institution of Engineers & Valuers, India. He has completed his bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil) from the prestigious Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, Bangalore. Having worked as Construction Manager with Tata Projects Ltd & Senior Manager at CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, Mr. Patil is lending his rich experience and expertise with SPC as General Manager -Projects.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Mr.B.S.Sureshchandra graduated in ME Structures from IISC and has been a Technical consultant of SPC for designing the structures for many renowned companies. Mr. B.S.S is a veteran in the industry and has completed Structural Projects in different verticals from Industrial Plants, Manufacturing Units to Commercial & Residential Complexes across the country. SPC, Mr. B.S.S has been instrumental in its fast pace success and successful completion of some of the most complex projects undertaken.
