Managing Director : SPC Pvt Ltd is headed by the Managing Director , Mr Madhusudhan who is the highest decision making body of
the organization. He is in-charge of all the major decisions pertaining to acquisitions , management , fund utilization to name a few.
General Manager ( GM ) : The GM is responsible for the overall operational functioning of the company and heads the Civil
Engineering Projects undertaken by the Company.
Contracts Department : The Department of Contracts is solely responsible for conducting feasibility study of contracts, prepare tender
documents, BOQ’s and understand the nature of contracts which can be bid & undertaken by the company for successful implementation.
Planning Department : Planning Department undertakes various activities such as estimation of Materials , Manpower Requirement for
the Specific Project. In addition , it sets out Timeline & Project Scheduling for the Ground Teams and chalks out the Financial
requirements for the Project .
Procurement Department : Under the Procurement department various quotations are procured for analysis and comparison for
selecting the Best suitable vendor for procuring the Materials which is to be utilized in the Project.The Procurement department keeps
track on all the requisites of Materials to avoid shortages during the execution of work.
Execution Department : SPC’s trained the most experienced Site Engineers to supervise and oversee the operations of the Projects at site and
coordinate with various departments of the company for enabling smooth completion of the projects undertaken .
Safety Department : Safety of the Workers & Employees at Site has been a Top Priority of SPC Group and ensuring it has been the primary
responsibility of the Safety Department. We ensure to keep constant watch on newer and safer techniques available in the market for workers at
site and procure them for following better standards of Safety. In the case of any unforeseen accident , Safety department ensures to take all the
required actions for the betterment of the diseased and his dependents.
Quality Department : We have a dedicated team of Quality Engineers to set Quality Standards for the company to follow in its projects . The
Quality Department caries out regular monitoring and invigilation to ensure quality is preserved in the Projects undertaken.
QS & Billing Department : We are evenly supported by a dedicated team of Quantity Surveyors and accountants who oversee the Bills
Generation of the company and handle the day-to-day recording of transactions of the company. Raising of Invoices to clients, Bills and
Payments to vendors & wages to Workers are the responsibility of Billing and accounts department.
