Hailing from Kolar, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the renowned Bangalore University. His professional journey spans 20+ years across sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, and industrial manufacturing. Prior to founding SP Constructions, he held senior project management roles at SAPA Extrusion India Pvt. Ltd., where he led major greenfield projects, and at ASIN Automotive Karnataka, overseeing complex infrastructure works in highly regulated sectors. Under his leadership, SP Constructions has grown into a trusted EPC contractor known for engineering excellence, quality execution, and client-centric delivery.
Mr Sharanbasava Raj Patil
GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Sharanbasava Raj Patil serves as the General Manager – Projects at SP Constructions, bringing over 15 years of in-depth experience in construction engineering, project management, and infrastructure development. A Certified Project Management Professional and a Chartered Engineer, Mr. Patil is also a member of The Institution of Engineers and Valuers, India. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Bengaluru. His professional journey includes key leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Tata Projects Ltd., where he served as Construction Manager, and CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd., where he worked as Senior Manager. At SP Constructions, he brings a strategic blend of technical acumen, execution excellence, and leadership to drive timely and quality project delivery.
Mr Ananth Kumar

Mr. Ananth Kumar is the dynamic CEO of SP Constructions, steering the company with a strong foundation in structural engineering and a forward-looking vision. He holds a Master’s in Structural Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from VTU. His early experience spans pre-engineered buildings, bridge design, and structural coordination, with internships at BMRCL and Suryapriya Constructions. Under his leadership, SP Constructions is embracing digital innovation, sustainable practices, and next-generation engineering to drive excellence in the EPC sector.
Dr. Sudharshan B S
Technical Consultant
Dr. Sudharshan B S is a seasoned Structural Engineering expert with over 30 years of experience in civil and infrastructure design. A doctorate holder from Bangalore, he began his career with Tata Consulting Engineers and currently serves as the Technical Consultant at SP Constructions. He has led the design of major structures including warehouses, industrial buildings, bridges, and highways, with projects spanning across India, USA, UK, UAE, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and Africa. A recipient of multiple awards from renowned institutions such as BHEL, TCE, and Turnipseed International (USA), Dr. Sudharshan is also a Life Member of ICI and ACCE.
