Stage I : Project Acquisition
Project Acquisition is the 1st Stage of our Process where our BD Team approach clients with our company profile & study the feasibility of the scope of works involved.
The Steps involved in Project Acquisition are :
A. Project Estimation : SPC Group has a dedicated team of professionals who are well qualified in Budget Planning , Project Scheduling ,Designing Prototype which forms the essential part of Project Estimation.
B. Sending BOQ : We have an expert Financial team who can give our clients an appropriate & feasible Bill of Quotation which covers various aspects of the project without any over or under valuation.
C. Contracting : Our Team of Engineering experts and Legal Advisors are always at the service of clients to prepare a technically, legally sound and professional contracts in consultation adhering to all the laws & regulations of the Land.
Stage II : Project Execution
On Signing of Contract between Client & SPC , we send our Team of Dedicated Team of Civil Engineers for Site Inspection .
The following Procedures involved in execution of Project is as follows :
A. Project Planning : On completion of Site Inspection , our Team of Architects and Civil Engineers prepare a complete outlay of the Project which involves the list of materials , requirement of manpower , equipment and site managers at site.
B. Material Procurement : On receiving the list of Materials which will be utilized in the Project , the Procurement Department of SPC , sends its Team to acquire the Materials after proper evaluation. Once Completion of Green Tagging of Materials , we make sure that Materials reach the Project Site safely.
C. Site Management : Our Team of qualified Site Engineers and Mangers are at constant duty guiding our efficient Workforce in every aspect of the Project to avoid any miscalculations and mishaps during the course of work. Site Inspections are regularly carried out by the Project Manager. QS and billing team, raise the RA- bills based on the progress and insitu measurements of works completed timely
Stage III : Quality Check & Project Handover
The Final Stage of our Work Process ends with conducting various levels of Quality Checks & after due diligence handing over the Project to the client .
A. Internal & External Audits : Quality Analysts from our company conduct various levels of Quality Checks and rate the Project based on the Parameters set by them . In addition to this , External Audit is conducted by Third Party Experts to verify our Audit Reports before Final Site Handover.
B. Final Site Handover : On Verification of Audit Report by the Client , we handover the Project with a presentation on the scope of work completed by the company. Handover Papers are exchanged for the same.
C. Raising of Bill : On the occasion of Final Handover of the Project , we raise the Bill to be paid by Client and ask our clients to review our Projects and rate the services offered by SPC Group.
