- Quality Testing Labs : We have incubated one of the most advanced Quality Testing labs equipped with all the modern instruments and machines to
ensure Quality in the Projects we undertake. We have Compression Test Machines (CTM) that are used to determine a material’s strength under applied
crushing loads, and are usually conducted by applying compressive pressure to a test specimen with compression platens or specialized fixtures on a universal testing machine or a specialized compression only test machine. Similarly , we have the concrete slump test which measures the consistency of fresh concrete before it sets. It is performed to check the workability of freshly made concrete, and therefore the ease with which concrete flows. It can also be used as an indicator of an improperly mixed batch.
- Cheklists & Third Party Steel Test Reports : Transparency has been a key aspect of SPC’s success and to implement it more successfully , we have conducted internal and external audits from some of the expert agencies for the satisfaction of our clients . To keep the records clear with clients on usage of materials , we regularly give cheklists for verifying the materials which would be used in the Projects.
Safety Protocols:
The Strength of SPC lies in its pillar of Workers & Employees . Safeguarding the lives of our workers knows no boundaries. We have taken adequate precautions and safety standards to prevent any accidents at Site or at the least have makeshift arrangements to secure the lives of workers during any eventuality. To implement it more successfully , we have undertaken measures such as :
1.Proper use of PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment ) kits which includes wearing of hard hats , safety glasses , high visibility safety vests with reflective striping for their safety from any eventuality.
2.Conducting General Safety Awareness and Emergency Medical Help Procedures : Before the start of any Projects , we undertake special training sessions on Personal Safety , use of Scaffolding , Head Protection for our workers and make them Pledge to ‘Safety Allegiance Promise’ for self as well as their co-workers. In the event of any electrocution incident , we train the workers to give immediate CPC to reactivate the heart valves. We provide safe access to the workers who are working at dangerous heights and train them on using safety harness.
3.Green Tags : Realizing the occurrence Faulty equipment and its hazardous impacts , we have ensured to check all the equipment prior to use and green tag them before its issued to workers at site. By doing so , we eliminate the potential life risks which can be caused due to faulty equipment
